Installing the A5001R Ryco NanoCel High Efficiency Air Filter

Late model turbo-diesel V8 LandCruisers are prone to dusted engines which can lead to shorter engine life and a costly rebuild, and the culprit is more often than not, an inferior air filter and an inadequately sealed airbox. Ryco has developed the perfect solution to this issue with the new A5001R Ryco NanoCel High Efficiency Air Filter.

Designed to fit within the factory intake airbox, the Ryco A5001R Air Filter is water resistant and flame retardant, and delivers 99.99% efficiency whilst reducing dust ingestion by over 90% compared to OE. This is all thanks to its patented honeycomb construction with nano-fibre media born from our Supercars Gen 3 Program.

The A5001R Air Filter also utilises a unique seal design that does away with the OE gasket, allowing the filter to seal perfectly within the OE intake system.

To fit the Ryco A5001R Air Filter, simply undo the clips on the intake airbox, lift the lid away, and remove the old air filter.

From there, give the airbox a good clean and place the new Ryco A5001R Air Filter inside.

Check that the filter’s seal is properly placed within the airbox, and then all that’s left to do is refit the airbox lid.
